Hydrophillic - Chemicals that arrange themselves to be surrounded by water.  Water loving
Hydrophobic - Chemicals that arrange themselves to be isolated from the polar water molecule.   (water hating)
Fluid Mosaic Model - Refers to the phospholipid bilayer having proteins randomly imbedded in the membrane which can move around freely.
